"This was the best experience I have had at a dealership! I came in on an extremely rainy and cold evening and my salesperson motioned for me to park under the covered service drive. I was greeted with a smile and offered a hot beverage right away. My salesperson was very courteous and knowledgeable about what I was looking for in a new vehicle. We went on a test drive in the rain which I honestly think is the best way to go because you get to feel how the car handles in inclement weather. That was a plus! Once the decision to purchase was made, the trade in and car price were competitive and fair. This is the first time I have walked away with my new car and didn't feel like I was getting the short end of the stick. I feel that I was treated with respect and received an honest deal. The finance department was just as courteous as my salesperson. He had no tricks up his sleeve and was straightforward and courteous. He rounded out my car buying experience quite nicely. I will definitely be telling others about my experience and urging them to take their business to Norman Frede Chevrolet as well. I am 100% satisfied with sales, finance, and my delightful brand new Chevy Techno (Penny) Pink Spark!!"
