"Starting with the greeting with Tony (salesman) and meeting sales manager and finance manager, the buying process was very pleasurable. No high pressures and only sharing information for us to make our selections. At the end we were introduced to the service manager who made us want to bring our to Norman Frede for any service and/or repairs."
